We welcome you to our church, not just a beautiful building of stone but a living Church made up of Christian people, sharing a faith in a loving and living God.

St Marys from the South West

Welcome to St Mary's!

I'd love to tell you a little bit about the Christian community that is based in our wonderful building and that tries to live for God in our village.
We come in all sorts of shapes and sizes and do various things but at our heart we are folk who find that Jesus Christ makes a difference to our lives. We get together at different times through the week for worship, growing in the Christian faith, serving the community and just for fun.
Our main Sunday worship is at 10 am.

There is always something for all ages. Most Sundays our young people have their own particular events but we always get together at some point. We also meet in small groups at various times in the week to discover more about living as a Christian today.

We are involved in the community in many ways from our local school to nursing homes.
Weddings and baptisms are also an important part of the life of this church.

St Mary's is a constituent part of the United Parish of Speldhurst with Groombridge and Ashurst, registered charity 1128599.
